Which type of sunscreen is the most effective?

There are so many different types of sunscreen, you know.

Sunscreen, sun stick, sun cushion, sun spray

There are at least four types that I know of.

I have been using sunscreen with a focus on convenience.

I'm a lazybones, so I tend not to use things that are a hassle.

But!!! Perhaps because the focus was on convenience, even though I applied sunscreen, it wasn't very effective, and I experienced my skin getting sunburned and burned.

I wondered if there were different formulations that provided better UV protection.

As for the UV index, well, it's all showing high numbers these days, so I found comparing them meaningless.

Is there a specific type of sunscreen that is the most effective?
