For those of you who use double eyelid tape, does it last well?

My double eyelids have gotten really thin, so I go around wearing double eyelid tape.

I'm scared to get double eyelid surgery, so I use eyelid tape, but after a while, my makeup clumps together with the tape.

I guess only students should use double eyelid tape...
