Has anyone tried the Dalba Oil Cream Cleanser?

Has anyone tried the Dharma Oil Cream Cleanser? It just came out, and I heard that the oil-gel texture transforms into a rich, creamy foam that becomes sticky as you roll it on.
I heard that you can use this alone even for heavy makeup, so I'd like to try it too.
