Anyone use a taping bra?

How do women with large breasts use taping bras? I tried applying one strip on each side like the sample in the instructions, but it doesn't stay in place and falls off quickly. On the other hand, I'm worried about the heat and sweat if I wrap it around tightly..😬 How should I use it to ensure I use it correctly?
