Has anyone tried a facial cleansing brush like this?

Hello Unpa members~~ Has anyone tried using a face brush like this for cleansing?

I'm thinking of buying this because I heard it's good for blackheads and pore cleansing. Is it really effective?

I would also like to hear your opinion on which of these three looks you recommend the most!! :)

I saw that there are also products with silicone brushes, so I'm really having trouble deciding which one would be better.
