Have you tried underarm sweat patches?

I sweat a lot in the summer, and my underarm sweat really comes out like crazy.

I really hate it when my underarm sweat shows when I wear blouses or t-shirts...

I've seen underarm sweat patches these days, but I haven't tried them yet.
Is it easy to use? I wonder if the underarm sweat patch will get wet and my clothes will get soaked too... haha
