Doesn't a cushion with good coverage feel stuffy?

Most cushions with good coverage are for skin finish or

I'm satisfied with this aspect, but it feels stuffy when I wear makeup.

I can't use it often because of that, but it feels a bit less stifling.

I wonder if there is a cover cushion?

Or should I just give up on the cover for the summer?
