A product to soothe pimples ㅠ

I get breakouts before my period or when I'm stressed.

I thought it wouldn't be like this as I get older, but sometimes when I get pimples, they don't go down easily and leave marks.

There are so many products advertised everywhere; which of them is effective?

With the weather being so hot, my skin feels overheated and I feel like I'm breaking out more easily.
