Pimples around the chin

Even though I'm old, I have pimples around my chin all the time.

How do those of you who get pimples only around your chin like me manage them?

Even applying the patch isn't easy for me.

Do you happen to go to the dermatologist every time you get a pimple?

Or do you use acne ointment?
