Itchy skin during the rainy season

Lately, I've been applying cream, but strangely, it feels like it's not absorbing well.

It gets itchy sometimes, and it seems to itch worse, especially when it's humid. My cheeks are particularly itchy. It itches in the winter too, but is there any way to get relief when I feel this kind of itching? Even if I pay attention to creams or toners, the itching doesn't seem to go away. I don't really know why this is happening.

How does everyone else do this?
