Please recommend some good lunch boxes for dieting!

The company food is really tasteless, and

I'm thinking of trying a diet lunch box to take care of my health at the same time.

If you happen to know of any lunch boxes that are both tasty and good value for money, please recommend them.

For your information, I absolutely cannot eat spicy food.
