Maybe it's because it's summer, but I'm currently going through the first round of skin trouble. I'm getting a lot of red, bumpy breakouts, like tiny whiteheads or sebum.
I usually use soap frequently and don't cleanse my face thoroughly, but since I have a lot of sebum, I find that washing with soap is good for a clean finish. Aside from that, could it be a dietary issue?
Since I like ramen and tend to enjoy meat dishes with a strong vegetable flavor, I wonder if eating those things is causing my sebum to break out?
Do I need to control my diet as well?
How should I manage small bumps, like milia, appearing on my forehead or cheeks to make them smaller or to help prevent them?
Which product should I use from Daiso?
Trouble patches? I've seen those; are they effective? What products are helpful for removing them?
