Is this pad okay for a child with acne-prone skin?

Since pads are generally quite expensive, it's a burden for households with many women. I saw Cica toner pads at Daiso, so I'm thinking of buying them for the kids to use. Because it contains Cica, I think it would be okay for a child with acne-prone skin. What do you think? Has anyone used this product? Is it good?
