I'm worried about acne on the tip of my nose.

I have recurring acne on the tip of my nose.

It gets especially bad during the summer when sebum secretion is excessive, so the stress is immense.

Please recommend some cleansing products that are good for preventing acne, or foods I should be careful about consuming.
