Health status based on acne location?

I sometimes get cystic acne next to my eyes and on my chin.

I think I get breakouts on my chin the most.

The frequency has decreased a lot compared to before since I started using the lotion.

Still, one comes up every one or two months.

(Before I started using Visa Lotion, I had it almost every day ㅠ)

I've also heard that the location of acne varies depending on one's health condition.

What could be the cause of the temples next to the eyes and the jaw?

And since using the lotion, it hasn't burst.

Acne pops up, but then just goes down after a few days.

Is this okay? I'm wondering if it might be better to just let it burst out.
