I have only shaved my philtrum hair once, and I haven't shaved it since because I was afraid it would grow thicker.
It feels like the area around my philtrum is turning greener and darker than before.
Even if I cover it with makeup, it shows.
Should I use a tinting cream... or would it be better to just rub it off again?
