What should I do about the marks left after squeezing out acne?

I don't know why, but as you can see in the picture, whenever I go back to one or two spots on my forehead, another one or two pimples pop up on another part of my body. I've tried squeezing them out, but it left scars and didn't go away. What do you all do when acne breaks out on your face? I'm debating whether I should squeeze them, put on a bandage, or just leave them alone.
