Has anyone gotten rid of their acne scars?

My college-aged niece had acne during her adolescence, and even now that she is an adult, she still has some acne scars.

She is a college student who is at the age where she needs to dress up, but it seems like she is a bit self-conscious about her acne scars.

I received treatment at a dermatology clinic during my adolescence, but the scars didn't go away.

Are there any people who got rid of their acne scars after becoming adults using a different method?

I am curious if anyone has had their acne scars fade or disappear using any treatment, cosmetics, or ointments.
