Can I apply this to a pimple that has already been squeezed?

I am using this product for the occasional pimples that pop up.

But I'm wondering if I can apply this to a pimple I squeezed recently. It's a spot gel, so I'm not sure if it's okay to use before, during, or after acne... or if it might actually make the wound worse. 🤔

If this is a product to avoid after squeezing, I'm also curious about products that help acne heal faster without leaving scars!!^^ Please let me know, Acne Doctor hehehe
