What do you do about acne that appears inside your nose?

I feel like my question is a bit strange, and I'm not sure how to phrase it. Is there anyone else who gets acne inside their nose? It's not quite pus-filled, so I can't squeeze it; it's just kind of bulging. It's far from the outside but close to the inside, so I can't pop it. It looks as ugly as it can get, and it keeps bothering me. What is the best way to handle acne like this inside the nose?
