I use eyeliner well,
I bought it because it was supposed to be waterproof.
I even tried applying it to the back of my hand and washing it off with water, but it wouldn't come off.
So I went ahead and bought it right away.
But after applying it, I realized it really smudged on my eyes.
And I shed a few tears, but they just wiped away...
What should I do in a situation like this?
I want to throw this away and buy something else, but I have absolutely no idea which one would be good.
