Even after verifying my identity, I can't purchase coupons or gift certificates. I have the cash, though. When I try to verify my identity, the window keeps moving to the next one saying I'm already verified, but I still can't buy gift certificates. What should I do? Please take action. I'm leaving this message here because the administrator hasn't checked their email.
