How long do you spend on makeup?

I only use toner, cream, eye makeup, curl my eyebrows, and draw eyeliner, and I can finish within 15 minutes.
Sometimes it ends before that, too.
But when I watched YouTube, I saw that other people use concealer, aegyo sal, and even color cosmetics.
It feels like it takes almost an hour to finish, so...
I feel like I'm living too carelessly,
I was wondering if everyone is supposed to do their makeup like this.
Do other people also put this much effort into their makeup?
