Dental floss with a handle

Do you usually use it once and throw it away immediately?

I don't mean the thread type, but the one you pull out one by one like Plackers floss (the plastic kind).

I feel uneasy about it, so I won't use it again.

I'm curious because there are people who use it more than twice!
