I tried to use the Point Shop and was asked to verify, so I authenticated via Pass, but it said I wasn't a verified member of the app. It turns out they had blocked verification on the Unpa app.
When I signed up, I was only able to register via email, and there was no mobile phone verification. Also, why are you blocking customer support inquiries within the app? Is this app really this difficult to communicate with customers for? Where can I contact to resolve this?
