I had a coupon valid until November 22nd, but when I tried to use it on the 22nd

Since the deadline was that day, I called the number listed on KakaoTalk, and a man answered. He said he would pass the message on to an Unpa staff member and contact me so I could receive feedback, but since I haven't heard anything, I called the same number more than three times.

In the end, he said that he can only be contacted via email and that there is nothing he can do.

I have taken a screenshot showing that the coupon is not visible as of November 22nd.
