I can't use my points.

I haven't used my Unpa points even once yet.

I originally intended to save it to use later...

So right now... I want to write, but I can't.

When trying to use it for the first time..

Is authentication required?

If you select a gift and click purchase...

It keeps showing ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ like this.

 

 

And then it just stays still.

It means it's not progressing..

Am I the only one experiencing this?

I've often tried to exchange gift certificates in front of a store but ended up giving up.

Has anyone else had the same experience?

Please tell me how to do this. *sobs*

 

It freezes even after going into Settings and clicking Customer Inquiry, so I am posting this on Q&A Talk.
