App execution error related

I installed and am using the Unnie's Pouch app on my Android phone.

Since last week, errors like the attached photo have been occurring continuously...

I conveyed the details to the person in charge of my sister's pouch, but

I was told that the app might be installed in the secure folder, but I checked and that isn't the case either. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, but I can't participate in the challenge due to the same error, which is very frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced the same symptoms as me and managed to resolve them?
