Error with the 7-Day Resolution Success Certificate?

Since today is the 7th, I was going to get my success certificate, but

This keeps popping up. Am I the only one experiencing this? It seems like an error, but it’s strange.

I do see some people who verified successfully, but I don't know why this is happening.
