What should I do to withdraw?

Even when I went into the settings, there was only a logout option, and I couldn't find an option to withdraw my membership.

Could it be related to being linked via KakaoTalk?

I'm trying to contact Unpa's customer center, but I can't even send an email, and there's no customer center on KakaoTalk. It's so frustrating...
