How do you use vitamin powder?

I bought vitamin powder to mix with ampoules or creams, but I'm wondering if it's okay to put it all into the ampoule at once. I'm worried that the vitamins might oxidize if I mix it all in at once. Or would it be better to take out just enough for one application each time and mix it? How do people who use vitamin powder products use them?
