I've been in a habit of skipping breakfast since high school, so I consistently don't eat it, but I can't give up breakfast when I travel or on holidays..💗
I realized I had been doing intermittent fasting for a long time without even knowing it, haha. They say that doing intermittent fasting, which involves maintaining a fasting state for more than 16 hours, is effective for weight loss.
Do you all make sure to eat breakfast?
