Gifticon purchased at the shop

I bought a Paris Baguette gift certificate today

It says it cannot be used.

I've always bought and used them well.

This is the first time this has happened to me. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Just in case, I went to the store and asked if this coupon worked; they said it didn't work on Happy Order but works in-store.
