Has the nickname screenshot feature been removed when applying for the challenge?

I'm trying to apply for Unnie's Habit Season 9. Is it true that the requirement to upload a screenshot of my nickname has been removed?

The "Purchases with My Own Money This Week" feature seems to have disappeared as well. I was wondering if it's just my phone.
