Is the Beauty Home Cerana home care effective for the price?

When I see products sold on home shopping channels or YouTube review videos, I wonder if they are really effective.

I happened to see it, and since no one around me uses it, I was curious if it really works well.

There are some affordable options, but the ones I think are decent are a bit of a burden.
