Is there anyone whose skin breaks out because the water doesn't agree with them? Me~~~ Me~~~

When I visit my in-laws, they draw up groundwater, but the groundwater doesn't agree with me.

My skin breaks out immediately and is a total mess, so I worry every holiday. I can't even wash with plain water.

I want to wash it after cooking because of the oil smell, but there is a problem.
