Gua Sha products

I've seen gua sha products in Instagram and ads. Are they effective? I'm curious how consistently I need to use them to slim down my face and become prettier.

I haven't bought a gua sha product yet, but the Tirtir ceramic gua sha looks pretty good. Do you use a gua sha product?
