Does sun cushion block UV rays as well as sunscreen?

I've only tried sunscreen and sun stick.

I'm thinking of switching to a sun cushion this time.

I liked that it doesn't get on my hands.

However, I have a feeling that sun cushions don't block UV rays as well as sunscreens...

I'm curious what it's actually like.
