Eye boogers after washing off makeup

I get really bad eye boogers whenever I wash my face after applying makeup.

In this case, can I get a prescription for eye drops if I go to an ophthalmologist?

Or please recommend some helpful eye drops!

I'm really curious if everyone else is like this too...
