At which step should I apply correcting products?

I have a product I bought out of curiosity...

Daiso Correcting Sun Base..

But it makes my face too excessively white to use as sunscreen... so I have to use it as a corrector, you know?

I'm not sure at which stage I should apply this.

Is it after sun care or before sun care?

I'm not sure if I should use a correcting sun base to brighten my tone. Please let me know.

Since I didn't know... I kept reaching for it and ended up not using it.
