Can I use vitamin products together?

Since it's summer, I don't think I can completely ignore whitening... So I'm using these two products.

Even if it is a whitening product from a different brand

Would it be more effective to use it in layers?

Or would using just one a day be enough?

How does everyone do their whitening care?
