Are keratosis pilaris and goosebumps different?

The skin on my arms and legs is kind of like keratosis pilaris? Or maybe goosebumps? It's kind of like that.

But when I search, I don't really understand the difference.

Are keratosis pilaris the same thing as goosebumps? Or are they different?

Whether it's keratosis pilaris or goosebumps, are these skin conditions that require a diagnosis from a dermatologist?
