How many times do you spray the fixer when using it?

I am currently trying out these two types.

I guess I end up using setting spray since it's summer.

But as I was writing, I became curious.

How many times should I spray the setting spray?

How many times do you spray?

I spray it about three times to make sure it is evenly distributed.

Is this appropriate?
