Removal of warts

My mother was in her 40s and her flat warts worsened, so while she was receiving treatment...

There was a time when I stopped receiving it because it was too painful.

When I looked in the mirror yesterday, I think I see something near my eye that I suspect might be a flat wart.

If I go to a dermatologist and get treatment early, will the prognosis be good?
