Please tell me how to get aegyo sal (under-eye bags).

Lately, I've been trying to draw aegyo sal (under-eye bags) when I do my makeup... but it's not working out well.

Other people seem to draw it so naturally and beautifully... No matter how hard I try with thread pencils or palettes, it just doesn't work out well for me...

Please let me know some good products or methods for creating aegyo sal (under-eye bags)!!
