Can I only purchase Zeroid cream with a prescription?

While looking at the posts from the previous derma cosmetics topic about how many people use Zeroid Cream...

I kept an eye on it because it seemed like a good product, but this item must be purchased at a dermatologist's office or obtained by prescription only.

Is it available for purchase?

Or can I buy it directly at a pharmacy? It seems to be a bit more expensive than regular creams.

I looked to see if it would be cheaper with a prescription, but since there will be prescription and consultation fees as well, I'm not sure how it will turn out.
