식단을 병행해야 빠지는 거 같아요

I have been working really hard and doing my best for the past three months.
I walked 10,000 steps.
But I hadn't been losing weight for a while,
I've been losing weight suddenly lately.
To the point where I'm worried there might be something wrong with my body
I'm losing 1 to 2 kilos a week, so I'm getting scared.
I also applied for a health checkup.
I started walking 10,000 steps in earnest.
I wonder if I lost this much weight because I ate lightly in the evenings~~
It was incredibly hard to lose even 1 kilogram in a month or two.
Losing weight suddenly makes me more worried than happy.
Everything should be fine, right?
