Acne scar cream, ointment

Now the acne is gone and there are red marks

It has started to appear. Do you happen to have any scar ointments or creams you would recommend? I'm wondering if I can buy them at a pharmacy. I have never bought scar ointment before.

I don't have it, so I don't know.
