한여름에 야외에서 활동할때는 SPF50이상으로 자주 발라주는게 좋다고 들었어요 그렇지만 다른 계절이나 실내라면 굳이 그렇게까지 강한 선크림은 필요 없을것 같아요
Wrinkles are a big deal, but the part that stresses me out the most is pigmentation.
Now, once blemishes appear, they don't come out easily, and the spots that spread like melasma seem to be getting increasingly distinct.
In particular, frequently exposed areas such as the cheekbones, forehead, and around the eyes often have uneven skin tone that is difficult to conceal even with makeup. I have a strong desire to know exactly whether these changes are simply due to aging, or if they are caused by hormonal shifts or lifestyle habits.
I have a lot of trouble choosing functional whitening products. I know that ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, arbutin, and tranexamic acid are good, but I am not sure which ingredient is more suitable for which type of pigmentation.
Since I have sensitive skin, I am worried that a high concentration might cause irritation, but I am also concerned that if it is too mild, it might not be effective, so choosing is not easy.
And while UV protection is said to be the most important factor, I need guidelines on whether I should apply it thoroughly even indoors, and what SPF and PA levels should be selected to prevent the worsening of hyperpigmentation.
Also, how significant the impact is if you frequently skip sunscreen because it feels stuffy.
