Do you have any good acne ointments?

I am currently using Fatima Gel 2.5%, but I haven't really felt any effect in calming down my skin troubles.

I don't use it much because it's just too stimulating.

Do you guys use acne ointment?

Please recommend an ointment you've used and liked.

Spot treatments are fine too, instead of ointment!
